Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear that our product didn’t meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the Cares Derma website, we are pleased to offer you a return option for any products that are at least 50% full within 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice or receipt.

Items purchased as part of a set (e.g., Skincare Kits, Treatment Bundles) must be returned in their entirety to qualify for a refund. Partial refunds for set items are not available. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Please note that shipping fees and products marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

    Purchases from Retail Partners
    We do not process returns or exchanges for products purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Sephora, ULTA, ASOS, etc.). For such purchases, please follow the return and exchange policies of the retailer where you bought the product. Contact the retailer directly for more details.

    Exchanges

    At this time, we do not offer store credit or exchanges. If you’re unhappy with one of our products, please follow the return instructions below.

    Online Returns

    Online orders can be returned by mail.

    • Return by mail: Send the products back to one of our Cares Derma warehouses. Include a copy of your receipt and the original method of payment. Please contact our Customer Care team for the return address and further instructions.

    Customer Responsibility

    Returned products are your responsibility until they reach Cares Derma.While not required, we recommend using a tracking service for your return and keeping the proof of postage. This can be useful if you need to contact us about your return. Only products received by our warehouse can be credited.

    If we cannot locate your order number, we will not be able to process the refund. Please ensure that you are returning the correct products as any items sent incorrectly will not be credited and will not be returned to you.

    Cares Derma does not cover the cost of return tracking or postage.

     

    Refunds

    We aim to process refunds within 12 business days of receiving the returned products, though this period may be longer during high volume times.


    Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process refunds to an alternative payment method. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

     

    Fair Use

    If we detect an unusual pattern of return activity or behavior, we may contact you to discuss your returns.

    Abuse of our return policy may result in the suspension of your account and any associated accounts. If this occurs and you believe it is an error, please contact our Customer Care team to review the matter. If your account has been suspended and you need to make a return, contact our Customer Care team before sending any products back.

    Cares Derma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine your eligibility for a refund and the amount thereof. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or return for any reason, including but not limited to, suspicion of fraudulent activity.
